Before the party

Thank you so much for RSVP-ing to the social event of the season, A Very Hercule Hallowe’en. Labours of Hercule and Murder by Post can’t wait to welcome you to Whitehaven Mansions, where you'll meet Poirot and his fascinating and distinguished guests.

Here is everything you need to know before the evening begins.

One thing you need to do…

There’s just one thing you need to do before the evening starts – print this handout. No need to study it ahead of time – it will help you solve clues on the night. Remember to bring a pen/pencil.

If you don’t have access to a printer, make sure you can write/draw on the handout on your device.

Read on for more ideas for the evening. These are all optional, but will add to the fun!

Optional, but highly recommended

Delicious cocktails

You may want to make a cocktail/mocktail or two before the evening starts, so you can sip to your heart’s content as we play. They could help sharpen the mind for puzzle-solving antics ahead!

You're welcome to use the Poirot-themed cocktails below, expertly created by Becca & Jon Cook, or feel free to concoct your own recipes.
